My mom couldn’t even continue working in her clinic since it has been flooding for weeks now…she had to lift her dental chair in a wooden block just so it wouldn’t get wet due to the constant flooding

This is why the flood control issue shouldn’t be silenced. Flooding was never new to us, every rainy season my village is always flooded and the government will give us nothing but an uplifting speech but it is tiring to be resilient…like how long do we need to stay like this :)
