A family toils and sweats to pay this for their kid and you come and threaten they won't be a doctor!!! You are fighting a good fight but but against the wrong people. We are just poor students who've worked for the last 7 years . Dont use us.

#SomeoneTellKmpdu that finalist UoN medics are not bargaining chips! This is not how you treat the medical fraternity as much as you are fighting adminstration. It's not 300 students , these are 300 families and 300 generations! Finalists are not bargaining chips
Matters regarding opening of medical schools should not be lumped together with primary and secondary schools issues. It's should be an active ongoing discussion. @MOH_Kenya
We MUST learn the lesson COVID19 came to teach us! Highlighting and eradicating INEQUALITY! Education is an EQUALIZER and can never be used as a tool of desenfranchising underprivileged students! Paying fees amidst COVID as a requirement to sit Online exams? #UoNdoesnotcare
@vcuonbi Increasing learning INEQUALITY due to financial insecurity and accessibility despite the diverse background of students at the highest PUBLIC institution amidst COVID 19 crisis is insensitive. How do you force fee payment and online exams when half can't #Uondoesnotcare
.@uonbi is demanding full fees payment during this tough COVID-19 period. Most students especially those who are self-sponsored cannot raise the amount they are demanding. Online classes which are facilitated by @TelkomKenya lines- which have connectivity only in Nairobi.
Acute shortage of medical doctors must be anticipated with closure of medical schools around the country. #GetFinalistMedicsBackToSchool@MOH_Kenya taking brisk action and continued training of doctors will sustain the health workforce. @KenyaMedics_KMA@vcuonbi @LukoyeAtwoli
Years laden with intrusions by strikes and little attention to the upcoming medical taskforce is a certain recipe for health crises #GetFinalistMedicsBackToSchool
The shift to virtual learning has affected us medical students. The final years of medical school typically involve clinical rotations, assisting doctors and watching procedures in person...which online lectures can’t compensate.
