In my career as a lawyer for more than thirty years, I have never seen a more meticulous, scholarly, eloquent, thoroughly well-researched and comprehensively encyclopedic cataloguing of the incontrovertible legal case evidencing Israel’s intentional, unabashed, unashamed and live-streamed commission of a deliberate genocide against the civilian inhabitants of Gaza, as the brilliant South African legal team has presented in the Hague earlier today.

Irrespective of the outcome of the rulings that may be rendered by the ICJ – however they may be disappointing due to politicized pressures that will inevitably be exerted – the mere fact of these televised proceedings being broadcast to the entire world is in itself an earth-shattering transformation that Netanyahu and his Kahanist government have inadvertently brought about, irreparably tarnishing the image of Israel beyond any hope of redemption.

It is beyond doubt today that the Zionists have squandered decades of treasure, sweat and blood, fabricating a false narrative of fictitious victimization through manipulation of Western guilt over Nazi atrocities (by forbidding and demonizing objective debate of the unspeakable injustices inflicted upon the Palestinian people for more than 75 years), only to have a psychopathic Prime Minister – dreading imprisonment for his illegal transgressions – lay to waste the entire capital of the Zionist enterprise by throwing a genocidal tantrum that has irreversibly sealed the fate of Israel as a criminally insane pariah state.

And it couldn’t be more poetic; to have this racist aberration called Israel be finally exposed and eviscerated by the very country that endured, and eventually triumphed, over the indefensible evil of apartheid.

As an Arab, I stand in awe and profound veneration of the honorable stance of the descendants of Nelson Mandela and Desmund Tutu. You have restored our faith in our common humanity.

Every soul of every Palestinian child slowly dying under the rubble of the wretched Gaza ruins salutes and eternally honors your unforgettable stance.
