Today is a better day. Still a bit low. But better. I cannot thank you all enough for your warm, generous and kind words yst. As cliche as it sounds, it truly made me feel less alone. Today, I sing ‘Oh Danny Boy’ for my mother. What I wouldn’t give to be able to hug her now 🇮🇪🕊
We’d like to correct some errors in this tweet. Fact 1: We had fewer than 900 arriving & departing passengers yesterday. On a normal Easter Mon we’d have more that 100,000 pax. That’s not business as usual. The T1 baggage hall, arrivals area & the exit road all look v unusual.

Thank you to @AuraLeisureIrl for allowing us showcase their biomass system.
Processing locally grown timber for Sherlogs Craft Timber . Using unsuitable timber for Carbon neutral firewood . This is a true circular economy example.
Great work by all the team on our latest project consisting of 2x200kW #Froling T4e #woodchip boilers combined with 10,000l of buffer storage. The client benefits from payments off the Irish government for the next 15 years! #ssrh#Irish#biomass#renewables#monaghan#poultry

Finding a source of energy that is clean, sustainable and uses a resource that is free & in plentiful supply seems too good to be true. Yet that's the challenge taken on by the #H2020#Willpower project, working on a process to produce energy from CO2: https://t.co/td331H1TuC

Off to Budapest this afternoon with @IrishBioenergy to see Europe’s largest ethanol plant, which is owned by an Irish bioenergy company. Should be interesting @farmersjournal
Last year, #renewable energies already accounted for 41% of Germany’s gross electricity consumption, with #biomass! Let’s make 2020 even more sustainable! https://t.co/nmrmvm26jL
