Whole purpose of paying online is defeated. Since their system is throwing errors and they want offline payment from their customer who started this thread saying that he is in Australia and wants to make online payment. #hdfc #bank #rbi #icici #sbi #india

Have had 7-10 email conversation. Back and fourth, #hdfc bank in constantly making effort to delay the resolution by allocating a non competent staff to arrogantly reply to messages, instead of providing solution. This tis high time #hdfc #rbi and whoever cares.

First, it’s unclear what’s actually needed (I’m assuming bank details). Second, why not ask for everything at once? Asking one question per day only delays the process and frustrates customers.

When there is any due(fee or any other payment apart from prepayment ) they immediately send a link to make online payment. But for pre payment they make it complicated.
