台湾の清酒ブランド「天衡」の新作「薄濁り純米酒 吉野1号 」。

「吉野1号」とは、日本統治時代に熊本米と在来米が交配されてできた品種。当時、花蓮の吉野村一帯で栽培され、天皇陛下にも献上されていたもの。酵母も熊本県から持ち込まれた「きょうかい9号」を使用。お米も酵母も熊本繋がり。

因為獺祭又開始發售新品酒粕麵包，意外翻到自己這篇2018年的舊文章，是櫻井會長來台灣晶華酒店辦新書發表會的活動紀錄。

很佩服的是獺祭在2018 年所計畫的一切，在2024年都已經成真了，更別說中間還經歷了疫情，強大。
