@DoleIV @lonosrevenge Ah! There was an urban explorer problem. River Country artifacts removed and filled in years prior to remove explorer intent to visit.

@DoleIV @lonosrevenge Likely the land was too low, too close to water table, for development. Consider if Bay Lake flooded. Land might also have been uneven. Utilities like drainage needed to be buried. 2019 aerial and early Google Maps here
