WAIT A MINUTE: I READ THE NEWS REPORT.

IT SAYS THE PALESTINIAN STAFF “LEFT (the Babies in incubators) TO EVACUATE TO THE SOUTH” bc shooting was near. No Israelis entered Al-Nasr pediatric hospital. THE STAFF ABANDONED THEM.

“The medical staff evacuated because of the shelling on the pediatric hospital, and they couldn’t save the babies to take them out, so they left five babies alone in the intensive care on the machines and the ventilators,” he said. “That’s the situation: leaving babies now alone on the ventilators.”

1) Israeli soldiers are fighting HAMAS near a pediatric hospital. HAMAS fighters are shooting at them.
2) someone is shooting the staff as they leave but they don’t say it’s Israelis. Why?they wouldn’t waste bullets on staff or civilians. They have to fight HAMAS for days with generally 260-300 bullets. That’s can be fired in no time.
3) They don’t even take Al-Nasr or Shifa hospital. They don’t shoot the staff. Don’t do anything except fight near it.
4) So How did the babies in incubators die? The power was on but the staff left

We Jews thought we were safe in America. I no longer feel that with so many mobs on the streets openly calling for the mass slaughter of Jews.

Here in Venice, we just had these terrorism-loving monsters shouting for the slaughter of all Jews -- and note the "from the river to the sea" signs. Marching through a residential neighborhood where many Jews live. It's terrifying and I'm guessing it was meant to terrify.

I went out and yelled, repeatedly, "I'm a Jew! I'm a Jew! I support the state of Israel!" and "Am Yisrael chai!"

This horrible bully -- the tall bearded male in the green vest-- kept advancing on me. Gotta show the Jew woman her place, right? Intimidate her into shutting up and going away.

Of course, as a man, he is taller and stronger than I am, and when I told him to back off, he didn't -- kept advancing, clearly to intimidate me -- a thin 59-year-old woman who writes books, out on the street in her slippers.

Well, I was afraid, but I held my ground as much as I could while backing away from him.

It's just what had to be done. I'm still shaking and I can't stop crying. This is America now? Really?

And, from the bottom of my heart, I thank every one of you Americans who stands against this -- like the many beautiful Christians here on Twitter who showed me the Jewish stars they'd just taken to wearing. And I thank the Muslims who express their horror at this, and especially those who do it publicly, like a number of the wise voices I've discovered here on Twitter.

Hedy Lamarr was a Hollywood actress in the 1940s and 1950s, and she was considered "the most beautiful woman in the world" during her time. She began her acting career in Austria and became notorious for being the first woman to simulate an orgasm on screen in 1933. It was during this time that she also got married to Friedrich Mandl, a Vienna-based arms dealer with ties to Mussolini and later Hitler.

The marriage did not last long. In her own words, she wrote, "I knew very soon that I could never be an actress while I was his wife... He was the absolute monarch in his marriage... I was like a doll. I was like a thing, some object of art which had to be guarded and imprisoned, having no mind, no life of its own." According to her autobiography, she disguised herself as one of the maids and managed to flee to Paris. Others say she convinced her husband to wear all of her jewelry for a dinner party and then disappeared afterwards.

She eventually booked a liner to New York, where she met the head of MGM, who was impressed enough to offer her a $500-a-week contract to work as an actress. In 1938, she arrived in Hollywood and went on to star in several movies, working with the likes of Clark Gable and James Stewart.

Beyond her acting career, Lamarr was also a scientist and co-patented spread-spectrum technology during World War II to prevent the Nazis from jamming navy torpedoes. However, her invention was rejected and wouldn't be implemented until the Cold War in 1962. The technology would eventually be used in developing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology.
