Courier to Delhi has been sent to Hyderabad and no one knows why! Constant lies like our team will call you, email you etc. Pls train your people better! Horrible behaviour by Mr Rakesh with no accountability or courteous effort to solve the problem!

I insisted that she arrange a call back and she said her senior will call back. I didn’t receive any call. Just got 2 emails where the case was open n closed without any service or communication. Is this HP??? This is shameful.

It’s only when I raised an alarm on his unacceptable behaviour with my mother who’s a senior citizen, he reluctantly provided a remote and agin very rudely said that Rs 200 will be charged. ITS SCARY THAT YOU SEND SUCH ILL MANNERED PEOPLE TO CUSTOMER HOMES!

He had to replace the set top box. He 1st we it’s not available in stock and wil take 1 wk. Wen I insisted on faster service, he got the box but refused to provide a remote control.He behaved very unprofessionally and used inappropriate language. @TataPlayin
I am a huge #UNIQLO fan but this isn’t the Uniqlo I experience in Japan. You r expanding across India but wud this level of unprofessional n poor customer service, u r just ruining ur brand!! Please look into this matter urgently!!
