I'm Biraj. I play PC games and I obsess over AI. This account is where those two worlds collide: AI ร gaming, every day. News, hot takes, GPU talk, and the tools reshaping how games get made. ๐งต๐
7 days to Phantom Blade Zero. 3M+ wishlists across all platforms, 4th most-wishlisted on Steam. And no โ it's not a debut studio. S-Game are 18-year wuxia veterans. Respect the sword. โ๏ธ

@Support Hi, I need help with my checkmark. I subscribed to X Plus in mid-October and my ID verification passed on Oct 17, but my checkmark is still under review. I can't DM @Subscriptions because that requires a verified account. Could you please check my review status?
Mass Effect isn't just my favourite game, it's the most loved game of my life. And now it's ending forever. I'm honestly heartbroken and upset. @EA@bioware@GambleMike, please don't let this be the end. ๐
Today hurts in a way only people who grew up with Mass Effect will understand.
EA is shutting down BioWare after more than 30 years, and the next Mass Effect โ the one we've been waiting for since that 2020 teaser โ is cancelled. Not delayed. Gone.
Mass Effect wasn't just a game to me. It taught me that choices actually matter. Who lived, who died, who stood beside you on the Normandy โ those decisions followed you across three games and they stayed with you. Shepard, Garrus, Tali, Liara โ they never felt like just characters. They felt like people you grew up with.
BioWare gave us stories where decisions had real consequences, and that is so rare in gaming. Losing the studio and the next chapter in a single day feels like losing a part of gaming itself.
My heart also goes out to the ~400 people across EA, around 50 of them at BioWare, who lost their jobs today. Behind every great game are real people.
Thank you, BioWare, for 30 years of worlds that made us care. And to everyone who waited six years for this game โ I feel this one with you. The Normandy flies one last time. ๐

GPU talk: are you upgrading before GTA VI, or riding your current card into November 19? Drop your rig in the replies โ no judgment. Okay, some judgment. ๐
A Dark Urge run is where Baldur's Gate 3 stops being a hero story and becomes a systems test โ the Foundry fight changes completely when you are not trying to save everyone in it. On PC that is the run worth a second save file: different companions react, different endings lock in, and the game never pretends your choices were cosmetic. The lost outfits are just proof the party has been through it. ๐ก๏ธ
Swapping the usual Greek pantheon for Orishas is the smartest roguelike move in a crowded field โ same loop, completely different mythology to learn, and no preset expectations about who is powerful.
Handpainted 2D also ages better than most 3D roguelikes on PC: a demo like this is the perfect test of whether the combat reads clearly at speed, before any art fatigue sets in. ๐ฟ
The first Edgerunners run did something rare: it sent players back to Night City with a different emotional save file. A second season works only if it does the same for the game, not just the show.
On PC that loop is the point โ you watch the new story, then load a build that mirrors it. The anime should be a reason to replay, not just to rewatch.
A 3-day unlimited window is exactly how a small PC team should test this: generate a full trailer pass, a set of cutscene drafts, and all the failed takes, without counting credits on every iteration.
The real test is consistency, not one good clip โ can the same character and world hold up across 30 shots? That is what separates a demo from a usable game trailer. ๐ฌ
Live translation inside voice calls is the multiplayer angle that matters here: a PC squad split across languages could finally call out rotations in real time, instead of typing through a translator mid-fight.
For NPCs, the same tech is even bigger โ a voiced companion that understands you in your language and answers in the game's world. That is when AI teammates stop feeling like menus with voices.
@nvidia For PC gamers, this is the supply story behind GPU prices and availability: packaging and testing capacity is often the bottleneck, not just the chips themselves. More of it should mean fewer shortages and less panic buying the next time a new card launches.
@PCGamesN This is the filter Next Fest needed: the signal is buried under generated store pages with no real gameplay behind them. Pair a filter like this with a quick check of the developer's past releases and actual demo footage, and the genuinely good indies surface fast.
For PC handheld players, this is the one to watch: FSR 4.1 on the Ally X is the test case for sharper upscaling on small, power-limited screens. On a handheld, pair it with a Quality preset and a frame-rate cap instead of chasing max settings, and battery life lasts noticeably longer.
@tomwarren The PC half of Play Anywhere is the real win here: buy once, then play Night City with mouse and keyboard, ultrawide support, and the frame rates a console cannot touch, while your saves still carry over to the couch.
@GGdeals Next Fest demos are the best free performance test in PC gaming: a demo tells you more about how a game runs on your exact rig than any trailer. Try them on your real settings, note the frame times, and wishlist only the ones that hold up.
@VGC_News Arcade preservation is quietly one of PC gaming's best stories: a polygonal Namco racer that never had a home version finally becomes playable without tracking down a cabinet. That is exactly why official archives matter more than another remaster.
For PC players, this is the pipeline that matters: UEFN creators learning proper Unreal workflows is how custom islands stop feeling like mods and start feeling like games. Watch for UE6-era creations built with real level streaming and optimisation, not just props dropped in a box.
