@stockmarketcody @becomeamannow Switch to a system that pre-authorizes the charges. Lost so much money this way. The pre-auth feature is worth its weight in gold.
Lessons form my high net worth client:
1 The demands are much higher. Be ready for last minute changes
2 I am their direct line of comms. High touch support.
3 Their schedules change A LOT. Weโve already had several visit changes
But 1 is worth 13x so itโs worth it.
@irentdumpsters I have a friend whoโs listing got suspended when he tried to move a personal to be his business one (realtor). Seems like moving locations causes Google a lot of problems.
We opened up a second location in a different metro area a few weeks ago.
New website, new Google presents, but same administrative back office and processes.
Iโm honestly shocked at how successfully itโs going. Mind-boggling actually lol.
@becomeamannow You know the amazing thing is that itโs about a third the cost for LSA in the new area so weโre actually getting just as many calls but itโs only costing a third as much lol. Already filling up the calendar with jobs. Itโs happening faster than I expected so a bit behind on staff
@GamerGirlGrey Well, I guess that depends on the exact job, but we are probably priced a smidge higher by maybe 10%. Thatโs something I might address very quickly so we can have a higher close rate. Cash flow is important. And keeping my cleaners working so they can do the job full-time.
Finally took the time to calculate our actual net margins for April: 26%
A little higher than I thought. I was able to lower labor costs slightly, which helped.
We are growing significantly right now and I donโt think maintaining that will be hard. Time to start scaling ๐
@Kevin2Chambers We just opened our second major city a few weeks ago. And by that I mean one, I canโt drive to or directly manage on the ground. Ideally, we can add two more this year. Itโs already scaling way faster than we did put the first.
