@js6875865518096@stuff1eee actually, no, DO linger. linger in the things that bring you joy and connection to others for as long as humanly possible. fight to make time for the people you love and care about and fight to make your life full of warm memories until the day you die
@Crom_lm@dreamsequencxr i've had 2 60-70 cycles this year alone... several 40ish and a few 30ish. shit has never once been regular for a full year for me

@stuff1eee@brainfogsystem i hunted down this post because it made me so nostalgic for my friend group back in the state i left, only to discover you're ALSO a magic enjoyer. i'm obsessed with you
@sirgoofy28 i work a desk job with my own office so i just... have airpods in literally 24/7. 51k mins on spotify and over 30 audiobooks finished this year
my listening mins going down but my taste being less fucked than last year is jarring. (not pictured: the over 30 audiobooks i've listened to this year. i live with those damn airpods in)
@Lisasimpsonfan@9mmsmg you do if you actually look in ARFID spaces lol. the shit like this just gets hate so it goes viral
processed foods are common because they are ALWAYS the same. people with sensory issues (aka a huge chunk of those with ARFID) only eat stuff with low variance
@RynVader@9mmsmg it's primarily a malnutrition issue, so yeah a lot actually. there's a subreddit (cringe i know but best place to find anecdotal evidence) called r/ARFID and the majority of people with ARFID are thin to the point of malnourishment from what i've seen
