@writersflood Ohhh, I getcha! Though, I suppose FF has always done an interesting job of blending fantasy and technology - they just do it in ways that we are so used to it doesn’t feel out of place. :)

@writersflood Fantasy can still absolutely just have a dude punching someone else! I feel it’s just territory they don’t explore as much, and every FF is just super safe with making sure everyone fits a role - I like this disruption of a guy who is actually just pissed and ridiculous about it.

@writersflood I love it. I feel this is what I want in a remake - familiar beats with a totally different style. If it’s too similar, I feel it doesn’t necessarily jive with my desire to replay, but if it feels very new and familiar, I’m about it. SoP feels insane I’m in into it.
