@Stewchat I remember your fiasco from the other year, utterly shocking, why they couldn't bring in generators is baffling.

@Stewchat Hold on hope - until a couple of years ago it was exactly the same here, we had more than one powercut per month and it regularly went on long enough for them to bring in generators (days).

I'm not quite sure what they did but they dug up a lawn down the road and it fixed.
