whoo, that was a heater! a ton of 8-cube games yesterday to hit a quick Infinite last night.
TECH FOR THE META - tons of Sandman+Ultron, so we need a 6 drop that can compete, plus Killmonger for the zoo.
uh, Alioth is really good, y'all..

Forgot to post this earlier in the week. Hit infinite on Sunday with @birds_snap’s tech deck. Stalled briefly in the mid 90s, per usual, but went from 83 to infinite in less than 24 hours, playing sporadically. Great stuff. #MarvelSnap
TBD, but nothing too worrying. the Thena "nerf" is nice actually, since you're not likely to hit 10+ until turn 6.
Nocturne is already a love/hate relationship, and i don't need much reason as it is to replace her
@birds_snap Any accessment on if ota really affects you deck?
Ive only played some proving grounds. I feel like that is not a good determination of the decks capabilities
how to use Quake:
- win on 6⃣. steal Mojoworld, swap Bar With No Name under them, etc
- earn value. they play Ant Man turn 1⃣, you swap Isle Of Silence under him on 2⃣. Quake's now worth 2/7! (maybe)
- be annoying
sometimes Quake's just 3 power. that's fine!
Pretty easy run this month. Tribunal was OP the first few days, when everyone was playing new cards and zero tech. That's now started to change and I tried @birds_snap Big Bonk for the last few ranks and it was top notch - Quake can be clutch!
@birds_snap@WombatCombat0 Firmly believe Invis Woman is the best pure control card given that she doesn't care about priority. Supergiant over Quake is ok if you would rather have the targeted card tech vs a more broad location tech. I think the issue in Birds' deck is more often Gwen is a better play.

almost never.
the main reason is I want Angela and Hope in the same lane with two open spaces, so I can max out Angela while taking 8 energy into turn 6️⃣.
plus it's too easy to get both of them Shang'd
alright! that's what i have for now. now, to figure out how to fit Kate into this list..
if you like this kind of detailed pilot's guide, consider giving me a follow! i don't post often, but when i do, it's all bangers
this type of point-by-point power and energy maximization is necessary to win at Snap at the highest levels.
but usually there's no single correct answer - it depends on your opponent, the locations, and your win condition.
remember, you only have to win by one point!
