@Bagsmartbags so…. I fell for the video ads and purchased 2 #bagsmart Blast travel backpacks, which are great. After 12+ emails with customer service to exchng, I can say nobody should EVER buy directly from you. If it’s not on #amazon don’t do it. #zendeskfail Alicia sucks
