@ArtJbing this is a dumb graph and IQ ≠ wealth equality, but the rampant corruption, lack of economic freedom have done more damage to some countries than imperialism. Take the US or Canada. 40 years after both were decolonized, they were seeing extensive GDP growth and weath influx.
