@NettyNewbie1 ooh thinks a shout too! I was a big fan of the conway x finn combo in the New Zealand series . I’d love to see what Rachel’s experience down under brings to the team
The UK public celebrates a genuine national treasure on his centenary, which coincides with a landslide of council votes for a political party that rejects net zero, wants to defund the institutions that Attenborough's life has enriched, and doesn't care about nature. Go figure.
Rachel Zegler’s upcoming projects:
• ‘SHE GETS IT FROM ME’ dir. Julia von Heinz (alongside Marisa Tomei)
• ‘OCTET’ dir. Lin-Manuel Miranda (co-starring Amanda Seyfried, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Jonathan Groff, & more)
• ‘LAST DANCE’ dir. Karim Aïnouz
• ‘EVITA’ on Broadway
And now they come for Parkrun. PARKRUN.
Threatening community run events with legal action cannot possibly be part of protecting women’s sport.
For these campaigners, the only thing that seems to matter is the erasure of the trans community from public life.
in the entire history of the olympics (more than 10,000 athletes each summer games and 3,000 each winter) since 1896, this would have applied to one (1) woman who did not place in anything
There have been 13 Olympics that have allowed trans women to compete in the female category if they meet the hormonal and physical requirements of the trans sports policy. The results over 13 Olympic games suggests trans women massively underperform in elite womens sports.
Since the IOC has created a rule for trans athletes to compete in 2003, over 81,000 people have become Olympians. Out of those 81,000 Olympians a total of 2 have been trans women & one came dead last the other came 37th out of 42.
There isn’t a single trans or intersex woman dominating her sport. Even Caster Semenya, the most famous, & most successful, intersex woman athlete doesn’t “dominate” her sport. Caster has won a total of two Olympic golds medals & holds no world records.
By contrast, Katie Ledecky has won a total of 9 Olympic gold medals and has broken 19 world records since 2013.
Why is Katie Ledecky treated like a marvel, and Caster Semenya and transgender women are treated like mutants?
There currently exists no evidence to suggest that trans women who elect to suppress testosterone (through, for example, gender affirming hormone therapy and/or surgical gonad removal) maintain disproportionate advantages over c_swomen indefinitely.
More specifically, current evidence suggests any physical performance advantages trans women do not fall outside the range observed among XX women after 2 years of testosterone suppression.

Timothèe’s PR team working overtime. Vanity Fair, New York Times being like ‘hey he has a point- they’re not as popular’.
To me, that’s not the point. He was dismissive of art forms that have sustained hundreds of years, that take such dedication and precision. There was NO NEED
@RoyalMail can you please tell me why someone thought it was appropriate to leave a parcel in the bin?! this was a birthday present that nearly ended up being gone forever
