waiting more than a month for news on valko's cancellation just to get caleb thrown at us as a sacrifice is so insulting.

i miss caleb so much—i genuinely fucking do. but i hate seeing him used as a sacrificial buffer like this. june was valko's introduction month, but it was also caleb's birthday month, and it hurt deeply seeing how little content caleb's gotten in the main story. we deserved so much more. but despite all that, i grew to love valko too because he's genuinely such an interesting, lovable character.

and now infold is just using caleb as another punching bag to quiet down the backlash and appease caleb mains.

i am so disappointed in you @Love_Deepspace. you're slapping a lazy bandage on caleb mains' wounds while rubbing salt into valko mains' hearts. all without giving us a proper explanation, a clear timeline, or a schedule for the coming months.

Everyone saying 10 million is good for having nothing new this month are either coping or stupid. Yes, it would have been lower regardless, but the reruns were highly anticipated. Something people were waiting for. A 73% revenue drop IS unusual and massive, even for a slower month.

And this month entirely takes in our boycott. It is our efforts that did this. I know the talks are going around how it was a double boycott, and to a degree in might have been, but let me remind you that the people who were against Valko were loudly claiming they are the "spending power" in the game, and most of them did not claim to be boycotting, until the numbers started to drop - then they claimed they are.

But numbers don't lie. Especially comparing at how well they did in June even, when Valko was announced and some boycotted over him (even if it was just 9 days, that would have decreased the revenue by a decent bit) versus entirety of July.

Don't let them get to your head. Numbers don't lie, people do.
