@OfficialSBICare The complaint was raised almost 1 month ago, we got 1 line reply the transaction was successful and the issue was closed. The branch has no clue how to raise chargeback request for upi payments. Please guide me at DM the process/ path to raise chargeback request. #DigitalIndia

@narendramodi @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman no positive response from @NPCI_NPCI neither @TheOfficialSBI is able raise chargeback request and @bankofbaroda whose upi id is reflecting as beneficiary is co-operating. Is this the real #digitalIndia ?

@NPCI_NPCI @RBI @TheOfficialSBI I paid fees using Gpay twice (14 & 27oct 25 txn id 528769046756 530071001458). But neither refunded nor credited to school a/c. I took up with #SBI they say transactions were successful & while raising issue at #NPCI I get 👇this error only. 😢😢😡

@UPI_NPCI If you are a bot then it's fine otherwise it is mentioned up there why I had to come to X to raise the issue. And if you are not a bot then your bosses should rethink your appointment to such a sensitive job.
