When I was making $2,50/hr I couldn’t afford rent so 3 of us moved in together
I also didn’t go out to eat every meal, buy Starbucks every day, have a gym membership and 5 streaming plans that sucked up my money.
My car was used, cheap and ugly as was my furniture. I didn’t go on lavish vacations, I camped in a tent.
I had random shit jobs, most of the time I had a second shit job also.
I’m not saying anyone has it easy today, but struggling isn’t unique to today either
