@PH_Contact I have already done this! I have been trying to get these snags resolved since July 2019!!!! I need someone from management who has authority to actually get this sorted now. Customer care are not enough!

Is there anybody there @PH_Contact ?? 18 months & still snags outstanding. Told 3 weeks ago kitchen needs refitting, weatherboarding all needs replacing, security chain needs fitting...& customer service is awol 🙄🙄🙄😡
