Spent the morning reviewing Mukono’s secondary schools. 25 government schools, with 20 offering USE/UPPET to 22,453 learners. 14 of 18 sub-counties have at least one school, and a new seed school is on the way—cutting gaps from 4 to 3. Good progress, more to do. #VoteM72026
