@youfibre why did you have to waste my entire day. Fibre scheduled to be installed today early morning. No show. Contact customer services - they promise installation today yet nothing happens. They keep stalling for time. Waste of time guys.
@parcelforce hold my package saying they need to contact the recipient (me). I call - “we can’t speak to you”. Shipper calls - “get the recipient to call us”. Days and days of wasted effort and still no progress.
This shot ended up causing quite a mess. I got clumsy, knocked over the water bottle onto the iPad, then got tangled in the tripod and almost smashed the camera on the MacBook. Great fun.
@ShopandShip Your customer service is truly horrific. How can you be advertising for your US service when you can’t even handle the demand you have right now? Help your existing customers rather than ignoring them and pandering to new ones. @MyUS_Shopaholic I should have gone with you!
