@trader_travis@AlboMP So basically what you have discovered is that if you use a large amount of leverage and the asset goes up you make more money?
Genius.
@Spec_punter@WVerily Remember when rents sky rocketed as interest rates went down but then more recently rents went up because interest rates went up? They talk about supply and demand or interest rates only when its in their favor
@dewalke@AustralianLabor@AlanKohler@abcnews And in your example he will sell in a few years which means he would likely be graduated and working full time and again unaffected by the change?
@bowtiedstocks While I don't disagree with the slow down of immigration the liberals have been in charge for most of the last couple of decades and have never floated the idea of indexation to tax brackets. Doing so only in a budget reply is meaningless
@33_boogie@JoshEakle America imports most beef from Argentina so Trump used the tariff to lock in the deal of giving them $40b.
Truly the art of the deal.
@AnthonyEclipse If its that easy why do you need to sell a course / coaching if you can just focus on making money in ecom. Surely your time is better spent if you really are making that much
@bowtiedstocks Very common in construction companies from my experience in auditing them. Either using the company as a piggy bank for spending or building yourself a nice house / renovation on company money
@ausstockchick@bowtiedstocks May not matter as I am not sure you are working in the field but I think law is at a higher risk of AI than any of the jobs in your original tweet (not that many with those degrees actually find work in the field)
@bowtiedstocks I would guess rent or purchased their homes precovid when their wages could actually buy a home. Current wages to prices there means many will never own a home without a significant correction or at the very least a decade of stagnation
