@SkyHelpTeam The Sky Q Box doesn’t complete it’s reboot software and no error notification or numbers are provided on screen, it just freezes almost at the end of the proposed reboot. Went on to website to help page: Replace Sky Q and tried to order one but we get a red no entry sign.

@SkyHelpTeam I already have Sky Q but when I turn the box on, no channels are loading. I’ve tried a hard reset but doesn’t solve anything. I’ve had the box for a while now so have been thinking about getting a new one anyway. Thanks in advance for the help!
