@longislandviper Obvi they have massive mgmt problems.. a studio of 800 is no longer able to deliver DLC at the same scale they were delivering for 10+ years. One of the most innovative IPs of the 21st century is dead (and many jobs lost) as result. They need new leadership, pronto.

@DustinCanFly @pushsquare @PlayStation - Create a unique hash that is comprised of the console serial + IPaddress + PS App 2factor. Transmit on a subcarrier channel via the app when dealing with CS. Virtually unbreakable (sorry I do this for a living at a major fintech.. this problem is very solvable).

@DustinCanFly @pushsquare In an advanced world @Sony @PlayStation - would be CS that can only be initiated in the PS app (which is protected inherently by passkey/bio etc).. have CS actually be a VOIP call that is instantiated through the app, with FaceTime like features as needed (video/encryption etc)

@DustinCanFly @pushsquare No doubt this is a major problem…but if I understand it correctly, couldn’t it just be solved by a quick CS retrain in Indonesia etc?…change the security/verifcation to something sane i.e a security question that is established in the PS App, which hasn’t been compromised.
