Big news for Bishop Ranch: AvalonBay Communities has closed on a 5.7-acre site at 6200 Bollinger Road for a new 456-unit residential community. Construction begins this month, transforming a vacant lot into two modern apartment buildings with amenities including a fitness center, pool, work lounge, rooftop deck, WAG Pet Spa, and 640-space garage. This marks another milestone in Bishop Ranch’s long-term vision as America’s best suburban downtown.
