@doublell718 @Finnair For what it’s worth, our bags finally arrived. Notification was made by local RIX staff. No word or updates from @Finnair on anything. Very disappointed in them. Zero accountability

@Finnair Please help. Day 4 of trip PDX-DFW-HEL-RIX. Bags missing, no meds. Claim filed at airport but zero information. AA flight from PDX says bags were loaded and should have arrived at DFW, but no visibility on whereabouts since. Can someone help please?

@Finnair AA confirmed to me that the bags were transferred to Finnair on schedule. It appears the luggage is in HEL and was transferred from AA. Please help!

@Finnair I’ve been checking that site continuously since Sunday and status hasn’t changed. Was really hoping to get some better help than that.

Furthermore, checking AA site with bag tag number no longer shows prior status. Like bags vanished. Can someone @AmericanAir please help?
