@Tunde_OD I had similar experience in January, they ruined my graduation ceremony because my luggage was missing and I only arrived a night to the graduation. Avoid them at all cost. The sad part is that they don’t pay compensation to Africans.

@Tunde_OD I wouldn’t recommend at all, they have a history of losing luggage.

A friend flew their airline from Nigeria to London in January for her graduation, they couldn’t find her 2 luggage and her graduation was the next day.

Plus, their escalation department are so useless.

Avoid @royalairmaroc at all cost, they misplace people’s baggage and they cannot provide information on your baggage. You also cannot lay claims because but only get automated reply to your messages. Worst airline ever. I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy.
