TOI couldn’t come up with a better image?

Good morning traders.

I carried zero positions in indices, won’t take any indices trades or new SSO trades today.

Have SSO positions open which I’ll manage if needed.

Let’s observe #NoTradingDay today and make it a success.

My quality stock is up 4% today and is now up 2.7X just this year.

It's a lesson for those who say 'Aur kitna hi upar jayega' 🤝🤝

Your quality stock is now trading at 52 week-low down only about 27% in last 1 year.

There used to be LTCG earlier.

UPA came in with STT and removed capital gain tax.

NDA reinstated capital gains while keeping STT intact. NDA did not stop there but kept increasing STT and capital gain taxes both in the name of "saving retail traders".

I’ll not be trading tomorrow, 12th Aug and will bring the trading volume down to 50%.

Can you all do your bit and bring it further down to 49%?

Any reliable site that updates IEP for Nifty/Sensex tick by tick and live?

Also the same for stocks watchlist? I feel the XTS update is a bit slow.

[Ashish Gupat @bisozi]

Nifty open on 3rd Aug when CAS went live - 24572
Nifty close after 6 trading sessions of CAS - 24583

CAS was brought for better price discovery, but price is in deep sleep mode 🫡🫡

[Ashish Gupat @bisozi]

SEBI is probing CAS trades for possible manipulation.

So the mechanism which was designed to improve price discovery is now being investigated for whether the price itself was manipulated 😂😂

Interesting times ahead 👏

When BEBI leaves you jobless, you can go out and play cricket even on a Monday.

[Ashish Gupat @bisozi]

Is CAS built for Indian Markets, or we just copied it in FOMO?

Was liquidity or market participation considered during the design of CAS for Indian Markets at all?

Were Retailers considered at all?

Watch all this uncovered: https://t.co/iccBN4qpfd

I guess X is going to be a better platform soon, the way it used to be in initial success years of Twitter.

Engagement farming will likely go down, only original content will be rewarded.

This is happening for the second consecutive day. NSE site says access denied between 3:15 to 3:30. It was working fine until before. May be because of multiple refreshes? Anyone else facing this issue?

@NSEIndia

Nifty will hit ATH in Apr 2027. Here's why 👇

Nifty close for last 3 sessions
04th Aug - 24614
05th Aug - 24624
6th Aug - 24634

If Nifty keeps rising 10 points every day, it will take just 176 trading sessions to hit ATH.

Impact of this CAS implementation -

Pair trading - biggest impact
0DTE - Gone
SSO - Not much so far but starting to feel it that vols will remain high.

Those who say long vol will print - Karke dekho, current regime is no move, no decay.
