The entire show automation was programmed by me in Steinberg Cubase on the Atari. To ensure the necessary flexibility for the live scenario, I utilized a structure based on stop bits. The sequencer did not run through linearly; instead,

an Atari 1040 ST serving as the central hardware sequencer, and the Yamaha Promix 01 digital mixing console, which had just recently been released on the market. The linking and control of both systems was handled exclusively via the MIDI interface.

Since conventional analog theater mixing concepts reached their limits due to the required density of cues and switching operations, I developed my own fully digital control concept. The core architecture consisted of two components:
