@qatarairways My flight from DOHA to JFK QR703 got delayed due to which I missed my connecting flight from JFK to RDU AA4378. Now I have been put on a standby AA4804 which leaves at 5:29 PM. I am currently waitlist #15. Alternate flight is tomorrow morning 18 hours later.

@qatarairways airport staff has been extremely unhelpful. I was asked to come to AA terminal and wait. Since my waitlist is #15 I would like to be offered a hotel for the overnight stay - but unable to get any sort of help from anywhere. What recourse do I have? Business Ticket.

@Teamsupport_qa @AmericanAir just confirmed that my waitlist is continuing to get bumped. Currently at #20. I have been booked on a flight out of LGA (I am currently in JFK) tomorrow morning 10:31 - ~23 hours after my scheduled departure from JFK. Still no hotel.

@etihad just to make matters worse, our return leg tickets got canceled last night - Del to Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi to Chicago! There is no way to cancel whole trip without talking to agents! Feels like cheaper tickets are being canceled to prioritize expensive tickets!

@etihad our layover at Abu Dhabi got updated to a ~14 hour overnight stay due to an unexpected flight change. Can you please help us arrange for a transit visa and a hotel for the overnight stay? Unable to get in touch with phone agents - upwards of 3-4 hours wait times! Thanks!
