Bought a #Samsung AC from #Reliance Digital at 25th May 2025. #Samsung technicians came and installed it. Faced issues, contacted Samsung — they sent technicians who told me to check with Reliance. Did that, issue not resolved. Even collected money of 2k INR.

Now the technician is harrasing to cancel the service request. @SamsungIndia is this your service policy for under warranty products? Would never recommend anyone to buy Samsung product.
Next I would be going to consumer court.

Even the rerms and conditions are so small that it can't be read.
Why is the reason that some people are paying more and some less?
Moreover there is also a bug of Chicken Pepperoni at INR 0.

Please make the necessary changes if thats a bug.
