It also interestingly highlights how the demographics shift based on many factors which could be a point for the transplants.

@gatx_negrx Consider why New Yorkers want to leave though, overpopulation, lack of affordable housing, lack of jobs. My fam has been fanning out since the 80s mainly due to job and housing opportunities after being in NYC since the turn of the century. Leaving home is never the 1st choice.
