Field Dispatch #2 | From the Republic road 🏛️
Checked my inventory again today. Last time I had 43 Ores, now it’s 67:
⚪ 43 Common
🔵 16 Rare
🟣 7 Epic
🟡 1 Gold (first one I’ve seen!)
No unopened Crates or Mysteries right now. Everything came from quests and raids, step by step.
One detail: the Common ore page now says its campaign multiplier will appear once the economic terms are confirmed, so for now I’m just collecting.
If this post gets approved, it goes into the Republic raid queue so other participants can support it.

New to The Republic? Start with the conquest guides.
Each guide unlocks the quests behind it. If you stop halfway you do not lose your place: your current step stays marked on the map, so reopen the conquest and resume.

Stop judging a bridge route by its biggest number.
Before you confirm a swap + bridge route, look past the headline quote.
That number is an estimate. Slippage applies at every step, and https://t.co/qKVb3Tf0m6's default is 0.5% per step when none is set. A swap + bridge + swap route can add up to about 1.5% in total.
Illustrative example (made-up numbers, not a real quote): quote shows 100 USDC out → 3 steps × 0.5% slippage = up to ~1.5% less → floor (toAmountMin) is ~98.5 USDC.
toAmountMin is what https://t.co/qKVb3Tf0m6 promises after slippage. If you receive less than that, something is likely off. Heads-up: some exchanges (like on Solana) may suggest their own slippage, and some bridges (like cBridge on small amounts) may enforce theirs. https://t.co/qKVb3Tf0m6 passes those on.
So read the quote, but judge the route by its minimum. Try now on https://t.co/N1VVXVgIpJ
Disclosure: this post is part of a Republic campaign and I earn participation rewards.
I initially looked at @jumperapp thinking it was mainly another bridge aggregator
But the more I explored it, the more I realized the bridge is only one part of the bigger picture
The routing layer is where things get interesting
@theInterfold Crossing trust boundaries is the part that gets hard fast. Does that mean the coordination layer has to assume the agents themselves may be adversarial?
What does a Republic Raid actually involve? 🛡️
Before joining a raid, I don't simply pick the first available one. I use a simple process:
1️⃣ Check the available raids — I review the current raid options and identify the ones I can realistically complete.
2️⃣ Check relevance — I choose a raid where the topic matches my interests, skills, or ability to create useful content.
3️⃣ Read the requirements carefully — I check exactly what the raid asks for, including the content format, actions required, proof needed, and any specific conditions.
4️⃣ Check the proof requirement — I make sure I can provide genuine evidence of completing the task before choosing the raid.
5️⃣ Complete → Submit → Review — I create original content, complete the required action, and submit the requested proof.
Important: submitting proof does not mean the raid is automatically accepted. It still needs to pass verifier review.
I'm participating in this as part of a rewarded Republic community campaign, so my focus is on completing the requirements properly and contributing useful original content.
My approach: Choose the right raid → understand the brief → complete the task → provide proof → wait for approval.

@Saswath21@legiondotcc Good to see the squad part called out. Did splitting the dossier between two people save time, or was checking each other's work the real win?
1/ My Republic story 🧵 I started with @legiondotcc's The Republic through the onboarding quizzes. It was a quick way to learn how the platform and Legion's sales actually work. (Disclosure: this is part of a rewarded community campaign.)
@Sutheeohm@legiondotcc Interesting angle - the Squid Prime entry is what got me in too. Do you think VP weight will matter more than the initial Score in the next sale, or will they stay separate?
1/3 My journey with The Republic started with the Squid Prime sale post, where members could earn VP through missions. The mechanics hooked me immediately
Even without a high initial Score, it offered a fair chance at allocations while filtering out bots .@legiondotcc
