💨Do you know what this is?

It is a Noctua NF-A20 FLX, 200mm silent fan for a secret project.

⚫️ Printing test parts in polyamide (nylon) + carbon fiber.

CF + polyamide parts are very rigid, heat resistant and very unique in appearance: layer heights are almost invisible.

Printing in PA+CF requires abrasion resistant nozzles (steel) and large diameters (from 0.6mm).

The conversion from the stock KP3S Pro S1 hotend to an original E3D V6 continues.

The E3D heatsink+barrel+nozzle is shorter than the stock hotend, and the X axis interferes with the bed.

The modification is not beautiful but still effective until we make a custom part.
