Dear BitForex Users,

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. We have successfully processed withdrawal requests for some users, who have already received their assets. Due to the substantial workload and the need for thorough verification of account information and assets, we will continue to process withdrawals in batches. Additionally, we are actively coordinating with the third-party platform (OKX, Binance) to address the issue of asset freezes, which may affect the withdrawal process for some users.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support.
