@AshwiniVaishnaw,Urge you to introduce a seat selection feature in the IRCTC app, similar to airline bookings. Passengers sud able to view a coach layout and choose their preferred available seat/berth before payment. This will improve passenger convenience and transparency.

For a common man, booking a Tatkal ticket online feels next to impossible. What’s the point of IRCTC’s app/website if the public can’t book tickets? There seems to be deep-rooted irregularities in the Tatkal booking system. It needs urgent attention. #IRCTC

Online ticketing seems flawed. Yesterday, I tried booking a 3AC Tatkal ticket on train 14620 from BTI, did at 10:01 AM still got TQWL/7. How did 88 Tatkal tickets vanish in a minute? @AshwiniVaishnaw, please look into the flaws & lack of transparency in IRCTC's system.
