@christopheremms: we came to #Malta when after the work that the @MaltaGov here were doing. No other jurisdiction is mentioning terms such as regulating, digital assets, cryptocurrencies. Nor as substantially as Malta. With the skillsets here this could be massive #BBS18

@jjkamara One of the problems we also have is in relation to data. Very little transparent and amounts of data. There is no business intelligence. Blockchain has a value interesting value proposition for #Africa. #BBS18
