No entanto, documentos obtidos pelo PÁGINA UM, e incluídos num processo da IGAS, desmentem essa imagem: em Março de 2021, Miguel Guimarães, então bastonário da Ordem dos Médicos, admitiu por escrito ter intermediado a vacinação de uma “personalidade política” fora das regras. A task force liderada por Gouveia e Melo, além de favorecer médicos não-prioritários, nunca denunciou o caso às autoridades competentes. A forma como o Hospital das Forças Armadas esteve envolvido encontra-se neste momento em investigação no Ministério Público.
