Our Lead Designer, Grayson, has almost 20 years of experience specializing in designing gameplay systems, mechanics and game modes. Prior to joining Bit Reactor, Grayson spent 11 years at EA on PvZ, Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield 6. Grayson is also an avid board game designer!
James has been designing games his entire life, with 15 years of Level Design experience! His most recent work as a Level Designer and Animator on the XCOM series included mission design, game design, and mission/encounter scripting.

Caydence, our Lead Producer, has two decades worth of history in games. Over half of her time in the industry was spent at Firaxis as a Producer across the XCOM series and Technical Producer on Marvel's Midnight Suns.
