I have a friend at work who is so sorted

- Has a sorted career ( Data Science)
- Invests in Real Estate and Stocks
- Lives in Leased property
- Looks like he is 5 years younger, takes care of himself
- Spends more time thinking about as he is efficient in getting office work done in 2 hours
- Married his college sweet heart when he was 23. Now 31
- Has a 3 year old cute son
- Real good at all indoor sports and a lot of outdoor sports. Plays daily
- Fasts once a month
- Takes care of what he eats and drinks
- Understands health and body better than most people I know.
- Has a health device at home to measure major bio markers
- Guiding parents consumption and diet and ensuring their health needs are met, makes them fast too
- Has a great social circle and very active lifestyle
- Planning to grow his career outside of India
- Not hesitant to dance if there is an opportunity

Feels like he has got it all together
