Sunday reflection
When Bitcoin was created, existing software and ideas were used as ingredients for what would become one of the greatest inventions of the century. Something that seems simple at first, but powerful, and where all of us depended on companies or external actors to validate anything, could now be done without the need for any individual, just waiting long enough for a certain amount of information to be stored in text files across the planet in a redundant way, similar to what we had with eDonkey or Torrent at the time.
Decentralizing information was one of the key points, but another equally powerful element was needed, and that is the commitment to play fair. If you play fair, you get a reward, if you cheat, you get penalized. The PoW based on @adam3us ideas was so intuitive that anyone could understand it. The miner who tries to cheat loses the energy invested without getting a reward, while the one who plays fair accumulates. This mechanism, studied in depth by Axelrod in "The Evolution of Cooperation", demonstrates that stable cooperation does not need a referee, it only needs rules that make betraying a bad business.
This small but great idea born with Satoshi began to inspire others to experiment and try to improve or add functionality, testing concepts different from PoW, experimenting with lower verification times, adding more complex languages than Bitcoin's script, or guaranteeing extreme privacy in transaction movements. Experiments, improvements and exploration of thousands of ideas without those state limitations that block these creation processes.
But in that rush to create the definitive project, the project that will change everything, or the project with unique technology, the most important thing was left aside, and that is the original purpose we all started from, which is not using a third party to validate. The simple purpose with unlimited potential that allows two people on two sides of the planet to send coins, tokens, sign a digital document without needing a state or corporation to authorize it has been forgotten. Simple and powerful.
Perhaps we need to return to those values where we research, experiment, and stop fantasizing about conquering the world, or the galaxy, where simple things can serve powerful purposes, like a group of friends creating a token for shared expenses when they go out to eat, or a small shop generating NFTs through QR codes so their customers get deals on certain days of the week. Simple, practical, and without anyone's permission.
Reading, exploring and keep building, that is the way forward. That's all

Neurai Swap: New Update
We have updated our asset swap platform on the Neurai Testnet by adding support for using NeuraiHW with the ESP32 and the latest firmware installed. To use it, you must use the Neurai Chrome extension, which connects the SWAP website to our hardware wallet.
The SWAP operates 100% on the blockchain, and the database only stores the transactions for each wallet, although this information is also recorded on the blockchain.
Buying and selling are conducted through advanced Covenants that we’ve created to avoid reliance on external systems, giving users greater control.
Our Swap platform is an example of how Neurai's new capabilities enable advanced smart contracts in a PoW system, without relying on external oracles or supercomputers to execute scripts.

@neuraiproject@lilygo9 I need to dig out some of this kit I’ve used for temperature sensors from the garage drawer.
It’s great to be able to have a hardware wallet without exposing yourself, as has happened with Ledger.
🔥NeuraiHW: Version 0.1
We’re introducing the first version of our hardware wallet, which uses the T-Display S3 by @lilygo9 a low cost yet very powerful ESP32-S3, that can be purchased for less than $25 on sites like AliExpress.
This initial version works on both Mainnet and Testnet and also supports PostQuant addresses in Testnet mode. Currently, it only works with the Neurai mobile app for Android, although it will soon be available on the Chrome extension for desktop as well.
🔬Developed 100% by us
Using the two libraries we’ve developed for the ESP32: uNeurai and MLDSA. Its capabilities are comparable to those of wallets like Ledger, Trezor, Onekey, or Tangem, without the added security hardware, but with the advantage of using the ESP32-S3’s hardware encryption and running on devices that would go unnoticed.
🎯 Features
✅ Post-quantum signing with MLDSA-44.
✅ Modern UI.
✅ Entropy with TRNG and other values.
✅ Nothing leaves the device without your approval.
✅ Tx are shown on device.
✅ Runs on the LilyGo T-Display S3.
✅ Simple USB-JSON protocol.
✅ Sign RAW tx, PSBT and messages.
✅ QR receive, mainnet/testnet.
✅ BIP39 seed restore on device.
✅ Seed & private keys never exposed.
✅ Built with @PlatformIO_Org
🎯 What do you need to get started?
1. LilyGo T-Display S3 LCD
2. Computer with Windows or Linux.
3. Chrome & familie browser
4. Cable USB between ESP32 & PC.
5. Enter Neurai flasher website.
6. Follow the instructions provided there.
7. Download Neurai Wallet in Play Sotre.
8. Connect ESP32 with Mobile via USB-C.
9. Add Wallet in APP and select HW.
10. Follow the instructions on both devices.
✨Congratulations! If you've followed these steps correctly, you'll be able to use our wallet with the Neurai mobile app.
🌞Microcontrollers are the future
What we’re showing you here is just a small example of the potential of microcontrollers. These small, powerful devices allow you to perform complex tasks with low computational requirements, low power consumption, and at a low cost.
Extending blockchain capabilities beyond the network is perfectly suited to these devices, which can connect a small ESP32 in the middle of nowhere to anywhere on the planet with just a LoRa antenna, a solar panel, and a battery.
In the next post, we’ll provide links on how to use this wallet, which is currently in testing, along with more images of the UI.

💫Things about next Upgrade
Positronic isn't just adding "new address types." It introduces AuthScript, a new execution model that becomes the foundation for advanced contracts, covenants, and post quantum protected destinations.
🔑 PQ Wallet & RPC
Post quantum keys are integrated directly into the wallet, with a new RPC surface to derive, import, and sign with PQ key material. No external tooling required, it's part of the node.
🌳 Native PQ-HD derivation
Hierarchical deterministic derivation for post-quantum keys. PQ accounts get the same backup ergonomics as classical ones: one seed, deterministic recovery, no special-case handling.
📬 Bech32m witness v1 destinations
A dedicated address format for AuthScript and PQ outputs, cleanly separated from legacy script types. That separation matters, it keeps classical and post quantum flows from interfering and makes wallet/explorer support unambiguous.
⚙️ AuthScript execution model
The base layer for advanced contracts, covenant logic, and PQ-protected destinations.
To make this work end to end, mempool policy, witness relay, and RBF rules were adjusted to handle the larger PQ related script elements, and wallet persistence was expanded to track AuthScript spend data correctly.
The reason AuthScript matters so much is that post quantum signatures are larger and behave differently from ECDSA. Bolting them on after the fact breaks assumptions about relay and the wallet.
Building post quantum support into derivation, address format, script execution, and mempool policy all at the same time is what makes them usable in practice, rather than remaining a mere lab demo.

🔬How to test our HW wallet?
We are building a website to upload the wallet firmware to any Lilygo Display T ESP32-S3, which is the version we’ll be starting with.
You’ll be able to start testing it in the coming days.
This device paves the way for a range of ESP32 devices integrated into the Neurai ecosystem, which will include IoT devices, long range LoRa or satellite connections, and device control via DePIN tokens.
