Recharged wrongly 2878 instead of 2879 for Jio so getting only 2GB/D instead of intended 2GB/D+ Unlmtd calls for a year. Customer care is saying there is no way to revert or upgrade the plan and I have recharge again with regular plan for the call. Plz help. #jio @reliancejio

Please don't play with the consumers with the game of numbering and there must be some way to revert or upgrade the plan. For this unrealistic implementation, we must not recharge with another 3k to get the call facility. #consumerprotection @consumerforum_ #jio @reliancejio
