@KrisHarsh That seems unlikely when the 2018 State of the City cost about $9k just for setup and cleaning. I assume that was the main hall and you’re in the little theater, but someone must be paying the (hopefully union) stagehands, riggers, janitors etc. A crew is needed to stream.

@Lowes No one would stay in the phone while they did the cancellation & refund. I called back 3 hrs later & was told Pat was still working on it. Never got an email confirmation. When a transaction finally showed up on my card it was for a random amount $565.89 short of the purchase.

@Lowes Store 1024 has trashed my entire month repeatedly scheduling appliance deliveries and then telling me things “didn’t get on the truck.” Today they tried to blame the perfectly nice installer for botching a refrigerator delivery for the 3rd time.

@Lowes At that point we asked to cancel the order because we’ve had 5 scheduled delivery days and nothing to show for it but the whole house in disarray for all of December.
