@EurekaForbes I am little disappointed the way the service support professionals are behaving. My water Purifier is not working and have raised a complaint. the support guy comes in and does nothing and says he needs to understand the root cause and leaves. continued next tweet

Then I called him and gave him the symptoms by evening. He told me he will come in tomorrow as he doesn't have the spare parts. The next day the guy cancels the ticket and have written that he tried to contact customer 3 times and the phone is switched off.
