@myhermes parcel disappeared and has been with courier since 25th Feb with attempted delivery 5 days ago…going round and round in circles with customer services…it’s a bridesmaid dress for my wedding on 15th April, as if I’m not stressed enough!

@Matalan @MatalanCS what is going on with your orders? First an email - an item I had bought and paid for was now out of stock - then I receive my order containing damaged shoes and missing items that are on the packing slip. You need to get a grip on stock control!
