Someone sent value in.
Someone took value out.

In between: the request was encrypted,
a relayer competed to move it,
and a zero knowledge proof confirmed the withdrawal was valid without showing the original request.

Both sides settled.
The “already used” marker was set so it can’t be spent twice.

That’s Phase 1.
