BIYF will be back at it at 3pm today, either at NCP or the teams private practice facility. All players are healthy and ready to go. First time the team is all together.

Great night at NCP. BIYF will be back at it again on Sunday. Margot’s leg injury is moderate, but she should be good to go Sunday. Andrew’s shoulder injury is a little bit more serious and he is expected to miss time. Corey’s knee hasn’t healed so he is questionable for Sunday.

Tommorow night, B.I.Y.F., will be making their NCP debut lead by captains Nathan Flexman and Rebecca Elliot for scrimmages and practice. Fringe starter Corey is expected to miss as he is struggling with a knee injury. His status for the tournament is probable. More to come! #biyf
